Cascade Lakes’ IRA India Red Ale (Picked up at Belmont Station in Portland). A 2 of 4. Not quite as red as I was expecting, given the title, but definitely has the malt presence of a red ale with some caramel notes, as well as quite a bit of pine hop presence in the nose and body. Quite drinkable, and has a solid hop nose with some citrus as well, but the bitterness in the body is well-hidden. Decent, but not that different from a standard, solid IPA.
