Stone’s 16th Anniversary IPA on tap at City Beer Store in SF. A 3 of 4. Interesting, and tons going on. That said, it doesn’t meld together very well - you get lemon in one sip, spicy rye in the next, massive bitterness in the next, some tropical fruit in the next, and you get the point. It’s cool it has all that complexity and is quite drinkable for a Stone IPA, but there’s almost too much disparate stuff going on in the body.
